The exam will be available in English and the state-specific language selected by the candidate during application.

Key Instructions for Candidates
Before the Exam
Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the notification.
Visit the exam venue a day before the exam to locate it.
Carry the following mandatory items:
Printed Call Letter with a passport-size photo pasted
One additional photo , Keep one more extra for safety
Original and photocopy of valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
Ball-point pen
Ration Card and Learner’s Licence are not valid ID proofs.
Items NOT Allowed
Mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices
Calculators, paper notes, books
Bags, goggles, metallic items
Eatables, water bottle
Any device capable of storing or transmitting data
Strict action will be taken for possession or use of such items.
Important Exam-Day Rules
Reach the venue on time; late entry is not allowed.
Do not leave your seat unless permitted.
Follow all instructions given by the exam officials.
Rough sheets will be provided and must be returned after the exam.
The system automatically submits the exam when time ends—no need to manually submit.
Avoid any unfair means; violations can lead to permanent debarment and legal action under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
Special Instructions for Scribe Users
Candidates eligible for scribe assistance must:
Fill the online scribe declaration form from the IBPS email/link.
Carry printed copies of Appendix-I (medical certificate) & Appendix-II (undertaking).
Ensure the scribe is not appearing for the same CRP-RRBs-XIV exam.
