The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India have released Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 08/2025 for recruitment to various Isolated Category posts in different Zonal Railways and Production Units of Indian Railways. Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess the prescribed educational / technical / professional qualification for the post as mentioned in Annexure-A of CEN 08/2025.
- Qualification must be completed on or before 29 January 2026.
- Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: Varies by post (30 to 40 Years)
Age Relaxation
Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, serving Railway employees, widowed/divorced women, and other categories as per Government of India rules.

Selection Process
The recruitment process includes:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Translation Test / Skill Test / Teaching Skill Test (as applicable)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Negative marking of 1/3rd marks will apply for incorrect answers in CBT.
Medical Standards
Candidates must meet the prescribed medical standards (B-1, C-1, C-2) as applicable to the post.
Medical fitness will be assessed by Railway Medical Authorities at the time of appointment.
